At Lullaby Baby Cottage we believe that all the children in our care must be provided with a safe, caring and hygienic environment. In order to keep this promise we must provide more than adequate staffing levels. Our Baby Rooms located in each Long Day Care Centre are supervised by 1 staff member for every 3.5 children. These staffing levels exceed all Government requirements and allow the staff to provide the best for your child's individual needs, follow and record his/her progress, plan appropriate activities and maintain optimum levels of cleanliness and hygiene.

Each staff member has been carefully recruited following a thorough interview process. The Centres employ a fully qualified Teacher and Director as well as additional experienced and trained staff. The Centres also employ a staff member to act as parent liaison. This ensures personalised contact with our families on a daily basis and time for all daily administrative duties to be completed quickly and efficiently.

Our Family Day Care only employs staff that have met our strict criteria and completed a thorough Interview, Training and Orientation Program. At each Service, numbers are limited to very small groups.

All staff must meet the legal requirements prohibiting any person from Working with Children. These Criminal Checks are carried out prior to employment.

Parents will also have access to specialised services such as a Lactation Consultant, Pharmacist and Mothercraft Nurse. These specialists will be available for private consultations monthly at each Centre.
